Login Troubleshooting

- Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page.
- Enter your email or username.
- Check your email for a reset link and follow the instructions.
- To reset your security answer, your HR admin will have to reset your account for you.
- Once your HR admin resets the account you will need to follow the steps emailed to you.
- If you have lost access to an authenticator your HR admin will have to reset your account so you can configure the authenticator again.

- If you do not know the email your HR admin can tell you what email is tied to your account.

A passkey is a secure, password-free way to sign in using your fingerprint, face, or device PIN.
It replaces traditional passwords and is much harder to steal or hack.
- During log in, choose “Passkey Setup” toggle.
- Once you have verified your account during the login process you will be prompted to set up passkey.
- Passkey will directly work with your phone to use the method set up to unlock your phone (Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN).
- Download the authenticator app you wish to use (e.g., Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator).
- Once you login and verify using email or SMS you will be prompted to set up authenticator.
- In your app, take steps to set up a new authenticator.

A QR code and a passcode will be provided.
- If you are setting this up on the same device as your authenticator app, copy the code.
- If you are setting this up on a separate device than the one hosting your authenticator app you can use the app to scan the QR code.

Need to update your email?
- Please contact your HR admin. They can update your email address on your account.

Need to update your phone number?
- If you can still log in using an Authenticator app or Passkey, go to My Account and update your phone number from there.
- Otherwise, please contact your HR admin. They can reset your account to allow you to update the phone number on your account.
